They were out of all 3 things I went there for.
Went into new store in Carlyle, IL and wanted to buy Mystic grease. It was $2 a tube higher than Rural King in Collinsville. I asked them if they price matched and the girl at the register was very nice and said yes. Once the mgr of the store came up he looked at my ad on my phone and was very sarcastic about it. He said "you know that's Wentzville and it's 100 miles away!" I finally had to call Collinsville Rural King and verify that their price was the same as the Wentzville store. They did give me the cheaper price but made me go through a big hassle!! Not happy!!
Really like there store. Have great things for pet's.
